About WUDSES

World University for Development of Science, Education and Society (WUDSES - Moscow, Russia) is a private university holding its activities under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science. It was founded in 2002 on the joint initiative of European Academy of Informatization (EAI, Belgium) («Moniteur Belge»: log entry No. 8421 page 4676, 05.05.2002), regulation 06/42 dated 23.01.2002) as a scientific educational institution and professional body to assist creation of common information area in the territory of Russia and CIS countries.

WUDSES objectives include the following:

  • creation of common information area (global educational community) on basis of knowledge mergence and information interchange in cultural, scientific, educational, political and other spheres of human activity;
  • provision student mobility and the opportunities for academic and professional movement from former countries of Soviet Union;
  • research of international standards in the field of higher education and postgraduate studies in order to overcome problems of recognition of qualifications, studies, diplomas and degrees for specialists from former countries of Soviet Union;
  • perfection of international education system directed to training and certification of research-and-teaching high skilled specialists on basis of best traditions of international education systems;
  • research in the field of the humanities and natural sciences;
  • provision, conduct and promotion of scientific research, education and training under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science.


As an associated member of European Association for International Educators (EAIE) WUDSES participates in EAIE Professional Section ACE training courses focusing on:

  1. understanding national educational systems;
  2. understanding evaluation and recognition of the credentials including international recognition instruments: European conventions concerning HE, regional and mutual agreements, national regulations;
  3. recognition diploma mills and their activities, developing strategies and policies for cases involving bogus credentials.


WUDSES conducts and coordinates research and educational activities with national and international partners. Collaboration with outstanding academics and scientists from research and educational institutions is an important part of the partnership effort.

Other WUDSES partners include various national and international nongovernmental organizations as well as voluntary and professional associations sharing ideas of global educational community.
